Intro to Sourdough

Event Description

Have you ever wanted to make sourdough bread but didn't know where to start?  This beginner friendly, introductory presentation will guide you through the foundations of sourdough bread baking.  Amanda, from Hopefully Homesteading LLC, will share some of the science of sourdough breads, recipes, baking terms, tips and troubleshooting advice to help you craft delicious sourdough breads.  Additionally, learn how to make and maintain a sourdough starter.  Each participant will also leave with a dry sourdough starter.
